Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located in Crewkerne, ensuring easy access to the town's attractions and facilities. The rooms, though spacious and modern, overlooked a noisy courtyard at times due to patrons from the pub outside. The service was warm and welcoming but could improve in clearing glasses promptly. The dining experience, while offering fresh French patisseries, had some issues with insufficient staff and organization. The hotel is in line with other accommodations in the area and provides value for money despite occasional shortcomings.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were big, spacious, and exceptionally quiet, offering incredible comfort and great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.
I had a pleasant stay at this inn, with comfortable rooms and helpful staff, all at an excellent value for money. However, the early morning noise and occasional disturbances from other guests were a bit disruptive. The separate building from the pub provided a mostly quiet atmosphere, although the banging of fire doors could be heard at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-decorated, but there was a leak from the radiator that went unfixed during my two-day stay, which made me worry about my elderly mother slipping on the wet floor. On the bright side, Jake, who seemed to handle multiple roles, including being the head chef, waiter, and even receptionist, provided a lovely breakfast experience. The half tester room had a charming old-style with mahogany furniture throughout.
